02 Legal Structuring

Capital protection from day one

All joint venture arrangements are formalised by independent UK solicitors. Your capital is protected by a Legal Charge or SPV equity before any funds move.

03 Refurb Management

Professionally managed refurbishments

On JV projects, Kay personally leads every refurbishment, delivering properties at their highest market value. For sourced deals, refurb management is available as a paid add-on.

Deal identified

We source a BMV property, negotiate direct with the vendor, and present a full financial appraisal with projected returns and refurb costs.

You choose your path

For a sourced deal, we hand it over once the appraisal is complete. For a JV, independent solicitors formalise the agreement and your capital is secured before anything moves.

Results delivered

For a JV the property sells, your capital returns first and net profit is split 50/50. For a sourced deal you are in the driving seat with a fully stress tested opportunity.
